Galerius, as Caesar, 293-305. Quinarius (Bronze, 19 mm, 2.51 g, 12 h), Rome, 293-294. MAXIMIANVS NOB CAES Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Galerius to right. Rev. PRINCIPI IVVENTVT Galerius standing right in military attire, holding spear in his right hand and globe in his left. King 66. RIC 57b. Very rare. Somewhat smoothed and with traces of corrosion, otherwise, very fine.
